You see this message when viewing your website or when someone visits your website. Your website is turned off by default to prevent viewing before you complete your site. Login to the Account Manager, select Website Content, Toggle Site On and Off. Select "On" and click save.
How do I load a large number of addresses into a mailing list without keying in all the addresses or download the names in a list?
Our tools allow you to see and manage your lists online. A future enhancement will allow you to load addresses from your PC into a mailing list and to download the names to your PC. Until then, we will provide this service at no additional charge. There are limitations on the size and type of files we accept for loading, so contact us to discuss your needs. Our Privacy Policy applies to all addresses we receive from you. We do not use or share any information provided other than for the purpose of loading into your mailing lists.
Why do some pages or options not display properly?
Check to see which browser you are using. We test our system using the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox and Apple Safari. Try using
one of these and if the problem continues, contact Support.
How do I set up an email address?
If you have your own domain (i.e. you have the Domain Hosting Plan or the New Domain Plan) email accounts are included. To set up a new email account, click here to use our Contact form to send a request with the email addresses that you want created and where to forward the messages. We will create forwarding email accounts that automatically forward your messages to the email addresses you provide. You may also request autoresponder email account too. The Subdomain Plan does not include email addresses.
